RadicalZ 2nd Progress Meeting
Our first in-person meeting took place in Madrid during June
Last month we celebrated our 2nd General Assembly in Madrid, at the home institution of our project coordinator Dr. Aurelio Hidalgo, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. It was our first meeting where partners from all around Europe had the opportunity to meet each other in person at the Spanish capital (and some even got to enjoy the weekend around the city afterwards!).
During the two days of the meeting, representatives of all partner institutions shared the progress made in the different tasks of the project. We discussed scientific and management matters, as well as the next steps for the upcoming months. Many partners were working together in different objectives, and after presenting their results, they were able to further explore more avenues for collaboration.
In the words of our coordinator: “The project runs beautifully − everybody is happy to meet each other in person after a hard couple of years. […] I think we are meeting the expectations and hopefully by year two we’ll be exceeding them. Can’t wait to see what the future brings to this consortium!”.
